- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (CN thực phẩm, Hóa học, Sinh học, Môi trường, Quản lý chất lượng) hoặc ngành liên quan…
- Có kiến thức về Quy trình chất lượng, sản xuất, các hệ thống quản lý …
- Tính trung thực, tuân thủ cao, tư duy khoa học khách quan
